1. Check Eligibility Criteria First:
Before applying, ensure you meet all the eligibility requirements for the post you wish to apply for (Navik GD, Navik DB, or Yantrik).
- Nationality: Must be a male Indian citizen.
- Age Limit: Generally 18 to 22 years.
- Navik (GD) & Navik (DB) for 01/2026 & 02/2026 batches: Born between August 01, 2004, to August 01, 2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Yantrik for 01/2026 batch: Born between March 01, 2004, to March 01, 2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) for posts reserved for them.
- Educational Qualification:
- Navik (General Duty): Class 12th passed with Maths and Physics from a COBSE-recognized board.
- Navik (Domestic Branch): Class 10th passed from a COBSE-recognized board.
- Yantrik: Class 10th passed from a COBSE-recognized board AND a 3 or 4-year Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering approved by AICTE. OR Class 10th & Class 12th passed from a COBSE-recognized board “AND” a 2 or 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering approved by AICTE.
2. Gather Required Documents (Scanned Copies):
You will need to upload scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed format and size:
- Recent passport-size colored photograph (not older than 3 months).
- Scanned signature (in black ink).
- Scanned left thumb impression.
- Date of Birth proof (10th mark sheet/certificate).
- Identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport).
- Class 10th mark sheet and certificate.
- Class 12th mark sheet and certificate (for Navik GD).
- Diploma certificate and mark sheets (for Yantrik).
